This is a four-lot supply tender for sensory-room equipment for nurseries 1, 3, 4 and 5 in Rzeszów under the Active Nursery – Sensory Rooms 2026 programme. The lots cover large sets of therapeutic, sensory, balancing, relaxation, manipulation, educational and musical equipment, including mats, therapy balls, foam obstacle-course elements, swings, tunnels, sensory panels, mirrors, kinetic sand, puzzles, blocks and instruments. Bidders may submit offers for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The contract must be performed within 30 calendar days of signing. The tender deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:00, and offers are opened at 11:00 the same day. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the score. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 and must include the completed offer and price forms, the exclusion declaration and documents proving the signatory’s authority. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The supplied products must be new, from current production, CE-marked and compliant with applicable safety, hygiene, national and European standards. The supplier must deliver the required certificates, attestations and other compliance documents, as well as Polish operating and maintenance instructions and warranty documents where issued by the manufacturer. Delivery, unloading and any necessary assembly or installation are the supplier’s responsibility.
