Construction of the sanitary sewer network in Daleszyce

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a 290.20-metre section of the sanitary sewer network in Daleszyce, between manholes K1–K3 and K3–K14. The contractor must carry out the construction works on the basis of the approved design documentation, obtain the permit for use, coordinate the works so that the existing sewer and water networks remain operational, and complete the project within 3 months of signing the contract and no later than 15 December 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid bond is PLN 5,000 and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price. Award criteria are gross price (60%) and the extended quality-guarantee period (40%). The minimum guarantee period is 36 months; 37–48 months earns 10 points, 49–59 months earns 20 points, and 60 months or more earns 40 points. A 60-month warranty and a 60-month defect-liability period are specified in the tender documents.
