Design and construction of electric bus charging stations and necessary infrastructure in Szczecin

Summary

The tender covers the design, construction and author’s supervision of electric bus charging stations and the necessary power infrastructure in Szczecin under a design-and-build model. The basic scope includes six charging positions at three locations: two at Hugona Kołłątaja Street, one at Franklin Delano Roosevelt Street and three at Władysława Szafera Street. The contracting authority may additionally order two positions at Firlika Street as an option within six months after signing the contract, subject to budget funding. The contract duration is 14 months and there are no lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated procurement platform by 25 September 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and the duration of the warranty and defect-liability period (40%). Participation requires at least PLN 500,000 in funds or credit capacity, two relevant charging-station construction or reconstruction projects completed within the last five years, and a qualified team covering electrical, road, structural, sanitary and construction-management functions.
