Installation of a Passenger Lift in Block I

Summary

The tender covers the replacement of the existing hydraulic passenger lift in Block I of a social care facility with a new electric rope-driven lift adapted for people with disabilities. The work includes dismantling and disposing of the existing hydraulic equipment and oil, adapting the shaft and pit, structural, finishing and electrical works, lift supply and installation, integration with building systems, commissioning, technical inspection, handover documentation and free warranty maintenance. The lift is expected to have a nominal load of 1,600 kg, a nominal speed of 1.0 m/s, an approximately 1,400 × 2,400 mm car, an approximately 1,100 × 2,000 mm door opening, and a machine-room-less, gearless drive. It must include accessible controls with Braille and raised markings, audio and visual floor information in Polish, emergency lighting, two-way alarm communication, an emergency passenger-release system and other safety features. The contract must be completed within two months of signing and no later than 30 November 2026. Bids are due electronically by 21 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Price carries 60% and the quality and warranty period carries 40%; warranty offers of 24, 36, 48 and at least 60 months receive 0, 20, 30 and 40 points respectively.
