Waste collection and transport services from Pińczów Prison

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and disposal of approximately 360 m³ of unsorted municipal waste from Pińczów Prison over six months, from 2 October 2026 to 1 April 2027. The contractor must provide the service using specialist transport, deliver the waste to an appropriately authorised facility and provide 13–15 free-use containers with a capacity of 0.7–1.1 m³. Collections will normally take place once or twice per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00, according to the contracting authority’s orders. In urgent cases, collection may be required on the next working day; Saturday collection is possible in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement. The service must be documented by waste transfer records. The contractor must hold the required waste-management permits and be entered in the regulated-activity register for municipal waste collection in Pińczów municipality. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 08:30. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting.
