Comprehensive operation and maintenance service for the multimedia fountain on Lubomirskich Avenue in Rzeszów

Summary

The tender concerns a 12-month service for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the multimedia fountain on Lubomirskich Avenue in Rzeszów. The work covers winter operation, preparation for the operating season, daily operation and maintenance, winter shutdown and protection, technical monitoring, cleaning, water treatment, equipment checks, support for musical and multimedia shows, and round-the-clock protection of the site. The service starts no earlier than 1 December 2026, and no variant or partial tenders are allowed. The bidder must have relevant fountain experience, provide at least two operational staff members, submit the required declarations and evidence, and employ personnel carrying out the specified daily fountain duties under employment contracts. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 7,000 is required. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
