Road repair on plots 188 and 189 in the Grochowiska precinct, Ząbkowice Śląskie

Summary

The tender concerns the repair and partial reconstruction of approximately 360 metres of an internal road on plots 188 and 189 in the Grochowiska precinct, Ząbkowice Śląskie. The works include earthworks, a new road structure and asphalt surface, property access roads, road shoulders, slope reinforcement and reconstruction of a culvert. The contract period is 70 days and no variants or partial bids are allowed. Bidders must provide a qualified road construction manager, demonstrate at least one qualifying road construction, reconstruction or repair project worth at least PLN 200,000 gross, submit a PLN 4,400 bid guarantee and provide the required performance security. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
