Construction of a civil protection warehouse with the necessary associated infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a 212.38 m² civil protection warehouse in Bielsk Podlaski, including the necessary associated infrastructure, earthworks, structural works, steel construction, building envelope, roofing, electrical installations, site development, a hydrant connection and fencing. The building will be used to store civil protection equipment and machinery and will not be intended for human occupancy. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The contract is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be prepared in Polish or accompanied by a Polish translation. The bid will be assessed on price (60%), the warranty and statutory liability period (30%) and the construction manager’s relevant experience (10%). A bid guarantee of PLN 10,000 is required. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross bid price before signing the contract.
