Establishment of the “Active Senior” Day Centre

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to adapt the former primary school building at Sadkowice 57, plot 580, in the Solec nad Wisłą municipality, into the “Active Senior” day centre. The works include refurbishing the ground floor, boiler room and sanitary facilities; creating accessible entrances, a ramp and adapted toilets; adapting rooms for reception, computer activities, exercise, a mini gym, kitchen facilities, television, massage and conferences; and carrying out demolition, masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, window and door replacement, electrical, heating, water, sewage and paving works. The contract also includes site organisation and protection, waste removal, reinstatement and as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 12:00, and the tender remains binding until 20 October 2026. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A minimum 36-month warranty is mandatory; the warranty period is scored up to 60 months. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price. The offer must be prepared in Polish and submitted with the required declarations and supporting documents.
