The contract concerns the modernisation of building R at 27 T. Kościuszki Street in Wołów to create a warehouse base under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026. The works include general construction, finishing, electrical, sanitary, demolition, façade, roofing, flooring and related works specified in the bill of quantities and technical documentation. The completion period is 60 days and there is no division into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 via the contracting authority’s procurement platform. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period 40%. A minimum 36-month warranty is required, and a performance security is required. The bidder must meet the experience and construction manager requirements described below.
