Reconstruction of Wiejska Street in Barczewo

Summary

The tender concerns the complete reconstruction of the second-stage section of Wiejska Street in Barczewo, generally from chainage 0+000.00 to 0+111.05. The works include road construction, stormwater drainage, relocation or protection of telecommunications infrastructure, replacement of a specified section of the existing water pipeline with fittings and a hydrant, pedestrian routes, access roads and reinstatement of the site. The contract period is 3 months and no alternative or partial tenders are permitted. Bidders must demonstrate two comparable road construction or reconstruction projects, each worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, carried out properly within the last 5 years, and provide qualified road and sanitary works managers. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 09:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 10,500 is required. Offers will be evaluated by price at 60% and the warranty and defect-liability period at 40%. The contracting authority may negotiate with up to three highest-scoring eligible bidders.
