Repair of ventilation, smoke and flue ducts in municipal multi-family residential buildings

Summary

The tender concerns the repair of ventilation, smoke and flue ducts in multi-family residential buildings forming part of the municipality’s housing stock and managed by the municipal housing company in Częstochowa. Works will be ordered during a contract period of up to 12 months and may include masonry repairs, duct cleaning and inspection, replacement or installation of chimney liners, ventilation and flue duct works, roof and plaster repairs, scaffolding, waste removal and obtaining a positive chimney inspection opinion. The estimated work schedule contains 40 priced work items. The price carries 97% of the evaluation weight and the warranty and defect-liability period carries 3%; the offered period must be between 36 and 60 months. The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 12:00. The bid must be submitted electronically, with a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee, and the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value. Employees performing the actual repair activities must be employed under employment contracts during contract performance.
