Greenery services: Green Budget

Summary

The tender concerns landscaping and green-area development works under the Green Budget. It is divided into two lots, covering tasks 1–5 and 6–14, and a bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. The scope includes planting and maintaining green areas, gardening services, benches and various surface works, as specified in the procurement documents. The contract duration is 40 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. Employment under an employment relationship is required for persons performing activities covered by the statutory requirement, including where they are employed by a subcontractor. No bid security is required, but a performance security is required.
