Design and construction of a municipal warehouse for civil protection equipment

Summary

The contract covers the complete design and construction of a single-storey municipal warehouse for equipment needed for civil protection tasks, including the required utilities, installations, site development and a truck manoeuvring area. The facility will have approximately 422 m² of usable space and external dimensions of about 15 × 30 metres. The scope includes design and cost documentation, a geotechnical opinion, obtaining the building permit, construction of the steel-framed warehouse, foundations, internal and external installations, a photovoltaic installation, fire-protection water arrangements and surrounding infrastructure. The works must be completed by 7 December 2026. The award is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); no bid guarantee is required. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-proPublico platform by 21 September 2026 and must comply with the technical requirements in the tender documents and functional and utility programme.
