Purchase and delivery of ergonomic wireless keyboards under a health-risk elimination project – workplace modernisation

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of 70 ergonomic wireless keyboards for a workplace modernisation project. The supplier must provide new, defect-free keyboards from one manufacturer and the same model and type, compatible with MS Windows 10/11, and deliver them to the contracting authority’s premises within the offered period, no later than 30 calendar days after contract signing. Each device must meet the specified ergonomic and technical requirements, include EU conformity documentation, carry CE marking and have at least a 24-month warranty. The supplier must prepare and attach durable EU-funded project labels to every device. Offers are evaluated by gross price at 90% and delivery time at 10%; delivery times of 14 days or less receive the maximum delivery score, while a period above 30 days leads to rejection.
