Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path from Miłoleśna Street in Grudziądz to Dębieniec

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path in two lots, including road and drainage works, earthworks, pavements, traffic safety equipment, lighting, utility protection and landscaping. Lot 1 covers approximately 1.071 km within Grudziądz, while Lot 2 covers a 5.5 km route from Miłoleśna Street in Grudziądz to Dębieniec. The works must be completed by 30 November 2027, and the general contractor must obtain the occupancy permit. Bids may be submitted for both lots. The award criteria for each lot are price, weighted at 60%, and the length of the warranty period for the works, materials and equipment, weighted at 40%. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 15,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 80,000 for Lot 2. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026. The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
