Renovation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities of a sports facility in Dąbrówki Breńskie

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for the changing-room and sanitary facilities of a sports facility in Dąbrówki Breńskie. The works include demolition and construction of internal walls and floors, replacement of doors and windows, new water and sewage and electrical installations, wall and floor tiling, painting, facade renovation, a terrace roof and room equipment. The contract must be completed within 9 months of signing. Only one complete tender may be submitted; partial and variant tenders are not permitted. The contractor must employ people carrying out general construction, installation and assembly, and construction machinery operations under employment contracts. The successful contractor must also provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and complete the required cost estimate, work schedule and employment confirmation before signing the contract.
