Modernisation of the heating system at SKŻ in Sopot

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive replacement of two existing heat pumps at the Sopot Sailing Club building at 67B Bitwy pod Plowcami Street in Sopot. The works include dismantling and disposal of the existing units, supplying and installing two new heat pumps, adapting connections and controls, possible foundation works, commissioning, insulation, system flushing, leak testing, electrical works, reinstatement and as-built documentation. The contract must be completed within 60 days, with the installation and commissioning works completed within three weeks after handover of the plant room.
