Supply of laptops, tablets and computer accessories for the IDEAS Research Institute

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of laptops, tablets and computer accessories for the IDEAS Research Institute. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes 8 type 1 laptops, 15 type 1 mouse-and-keyboard sets, 3 computer mice and 2 tablets; Lot 2 includes 16 type 2 laptops. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Delivery must be completed within 40 calendar days of contract signature and no later than 10 December 2026. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 12:00. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. The offered ICT products must meet the stated cybersecurity, accessibility and WCAG 2.1 requirements.
