59/PM/2026 – Modernization of vacant residential premises managed by ADM in Bydgoszcz

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of vacant residential premises managed by ADM in Bydgoszcz. It is divided into four lots: two premises at 102 Toruńska Street, one at 8/8 Nowogrodzka Street, one at 34/29 Przemysłowa Street, and one at 12/66 J. Wojciechowskiego Street. The works include renovation, electrical, water and sewage, sanitary and gas installations, plastering, painting, flooring, wall coverings, and the installation of doors and windows.
