Summary

The tender concerns chiropterological monitoring during the autumn swarming of bats in the Natura 2000 area Twierdza Wisłoujście PLH220030. The contractor must count bats during the autumn swarming period, prepare an initial electronic report by 21 October 2026 and deliver the final printed and electronic report by 12 November 2026. The field counting must take place between contract signature and 16 October 2026. The contractor must have the necessary equipment and permits for activities involving protected species. Permits or copies, together with the list of monitoring personnel, must be shown to the contracting authority on the contract-signing date or at least 5 days before the work begins. Field access must also be agreed with the manager of the site, the Museum of Gdańsk. The materials supplied by the contracting authority may be used only for this monitoring and may not be distributed without permission. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and experience for 40%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required, and partial or variant bids are not allowed.
