Supply of aggregate for maintenance of forest roads in the Kamienna Góra Forest District

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and spreading of approximately 2,100 tonnes of crushed aggregate for the maintenance of forest roads managed by the Kamienna Góra Forest District. The estimated quantities are 200 tonnes of amphibolite graded 0–31.5 mm, 1,400 tonnes of amphibolite graded 0–63.0 mm, and 500 tonnes of coarse granite or amphibolite aggregate graded 63.0–120.0 mm. Deliveries will be made successively for 90 days, within two days of each request, to locations designated by the contracting authority. The supplier must transport and spread the material along the roads using suitable dump trucks. The estimated scope may be reduced by up to 20%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the procurement platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must remain valid for 30 days and be secured by a PLN 1,200 tender guarantee. Offers are evaluated using price at 60% and an extended payment period at 40%; a 30-day payment period receives the full points, while the standard 14-day period receives no points for that criterion.
