Creation of a green area in front of the building at 18 Kolberga Street in Sopot

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a recreational green area in front of the building at 18 Kolberga Street in Sopot. The works include removing existing asphalt, concrete slab and paving surfaces; constructing a recreational square with concrete slabs; rebuilding mineral and concrete paths; installing benches, 80-litre waste bins, wire fencing and a gate with a lock; planting perennials, grasses, shrubs, trees and lawns with 36 months of maintenance; and trenchless renovation of a 70.40 m section of the covered Kamienny Stream channel. The works are planned for up to 90 days, while the completion period is evaluated separately: 60% for price and 40% for completion time, with an allowable period of 70 to 90 days. Participation requires relevant construction experience, qualified site personnel and the submission of the required declarations and documents electronically in Polish. Offers must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 11:00. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
