Renovation of the Gymnasium Hall Roof

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the roof of a gymnasium hall at I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. ks. Piotra Skargi in Szamotuły. The works include removing the existing sheet-metal and roofing-felt coverings and old insulation, disposing of the roofing felt, priming the substrate, installing polyurethane insulation, applying self-adhesive underlay and heat-welded top-layer roofing felt, installing sheet-metal flashings, sealing with a liquid membrane, constructing a steel substructure, reinstating the dismantled sheet-metal covering, and dismantling and reinstalling the lightning-protection system with testing. The roof area is approximately 338 m² for insulation and roofing-felt works and 77.5 m² for sheet-metal and substructure works. The insulation must achieve U = 0.12 W/m²K, while the designed roof heat-transfer coefficient after thermal modernisation must not exceed Uc(max) = 0.15 W/(m²·K). The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated contract budget is PLN 230,426.04. The work must be completed by the project deadline; the notice states 15 November 2026, while the SWZ states 30 October 2026, so the binding tender documents should be checked carefully. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00, with opening at 10:30, and remain binding until 20 October 2026. The price is worth 60 points and the quality-guarantee period 40 points. A minimum 36-month guarantee is required. A mandatory site visit must be arranged by 10 September 2026. No bid security or performance security is required.
