Cleaning and upkeep of the Transfer Centre and underground passage

Summary

The tender covers cleaning and upkeep services at the Transfer Centre on Okrzei Street in Wloclawek, including the underground passage and its four entrances, as well as care of plants in six concrete planters. The service covers approximately 1.52 hectares of outdoor area, including about 2,000 m² for wet cleaning when visibly soiled, and 1,299.85 m² of underground passage and stairs. Services must be provided every day from 1 October to 31 December 2026. On weekdays, cleaning is required from 07:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00; on Saturdays and Sundays, from 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Plant care must be performed on working days as often as necessary. The contractor must provide cleaning products, equipment, water, electricity and other utilities, store its equipment and supplies, and comply with occupational health and safety requirements. The contracting authority may change the service time intervals. The bidder must have completed at least one comparable cleaning or upkeep service during the previous three years on paved areas or public premises of at least 1,000 m² and must have one pressure washer available. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00.
