Adaptation of kitchen facilities at the MSWiA Health Resort Sanatorium in Sopot with modernization of the functional layout and installations in accordance with the HACCP system and GMP and GHP principles

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of kitchen facilities at the MSWiA Health Resort Sanatorium in Sopot, including modernization of the functional layout and water, sewage, heating, gas, mechanical ventilation and electrical installations in accordance with the HACCP system and GMP and GHP principles. The works are to be completed within 90 days and are described in the design documentation, technical specifications and bills of quantities. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026. The bid must include a PLN 50,000 tender guarantee, and performance security is required. Bids will be evaluated by total gross price (60%), warranty period (20%) and the experience of the proposed sanitary works manager (20%).
