Processing biodegradable waste collected from Łaziska Górne, waste code 20 02 01

Summary

The tender concerns the acceptance and processing of 350 tonnes of biodegradable municipal waste, waste code 20 02 01, from Łaziska Górne: 210 tonnes of loose waste and 140 tonnes in plastic bags. The service runs from contract signature until 31 December 2026 or until the contractual financial limit is exhausted. The contracting authority guarantees performance of at least 60% of the contract value and does not allow partial bids. The successful contractor must process the waste at one declared facility located no more than 60 km from the contracting authority’s registered office. The location distance is an evaluation criterion: price carries 80% and distance carries 20%. Facilities up to 30 km receive 20 points, those above 30 km and up to 45 km receive 10 points, and those above 45 km and up to 60 km receive 0 points. The contractor must accept deliveries on working days from 07:00 to 17:00, weigh and register each delivery, provide weighing records, and maintain electronic waste records in the BDO system. Compost or other recovered material intended for use as a product must be lawfully marketed as fertiliser, soil improver or an EU fertilising product. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 08:00 and must include the bid form, price form and required declarations. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
