Renovation and modernization of an educational facility designated as a civil protection entity for use as a collective protection facility

Summary

The tender concerns renovation and modernization works at an educational facility designated for civil protection and use as a collective protection facility in Brodnica, Poland. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The guarantee period may not be shorter than 36 months; 36 months receives 0 points, 48 months 20 points and 60 months or more 40 points. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the tender price must be provided before contract signature. The contractor must also comply with employment, waste-management, technical documentation, insurance and subcontracting requirements.
