Inventory of green areas in the City of Ustka

Summary

The tender concerns a 70-day service for surveying green areas in the City of Ustka. The contractor must carry out a field inventory of trees and shrubs, identify species and varieties, record trunk circumference at 130 cm and 5 cm above ground, measure tree height and crown width and the area occupied by shrubs, assess health condition, and provide maintenance or removal recommendations. Locations must be shown on digital base maps obtained by the contractor. The deliverables include editable documentation and maps, together with point-based SHP spatial data and a completed attribute table, supplied on CD or USB drive. The basic scope covers sites listed in the tender documents. The contracting authority may also order an optional scope for areas added to Ustka from 1 January 2026. The option may be ordered in whole or in part within 50 days of signing the contract, subject to the required government decision, funding and the authority’s decision; ordering the option is not guaranteed. Participation requires at least two comparable dendrological inventory services completed during the last three years, each worth at least PLN 100,000 gross, plus qualified personnel for tree and shrub inventory and health-condition diagnosis. The offer must include the required declarations, service and personnel lists, evidence of proper performance, the offer and price forms, and information on the named experts’ experience. Evaluation is based on price (60%), the inventory specialist’s experience (20%) and the tree and shrub health diagnostician’s experience (20%). Offers must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 15 October 2026.
