Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies specified in POLiOC – Construction of a warehouse building

Summary

This is a design-and-build contract for Stage I of a warehouse building project. The contractor must prepare the project and cost documentation for the full undertaking, obtain the required administrative decisions and permits, and carry out Stage I works including site preparation, surveying, earthworks, foundations, steel structures, wall and roof cladding, and installation of windows, doors and gates. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. The contractor must submit the tender electronically in Polish, provide the required declarations and evidence, maintain business liability insurance, and provide the required performance security. The tender is evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for the entire subject matter (40%). The minimum warranty period is 36 months; periods of 42, 48, 54 or 60 months may be offered, with periods above 60 months counted as 60 months. No bid guarantee is required.
