Modernization of the sidewalk on Lipowa Street in Poniatowo, stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the construction and modernization of a sidewalk along county road 1523E in Poniatowo, from the national road 12 and Piotrkowska Street southwards between km 0+400.00 and km 1+100.00. The works include demolition of existing sidewalk and driveway surfaces, earthworks, subgrade preparation and compaction, installation of concrete curbs and edge restraints, sand and crushed-stone subbases, paving-block surfaces, site cleanup and as-built surveying. The contract period is 60 days and bids are due by 21 September 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated purchasing platform. The evaluation is based on price (60%) and the quality guarantee period for materials and construction works (40%). The successful bidder must provide a performance security of 5% of the offered remuneration.
