Modernization of the playground in Sąspów

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion and modernization of an existing playground beside the primary school in Sąspów, Poland. The works include demolition and disposal of existing equipment and safety surfacing, earthworks, preparation of the sub-base, installation of new safety surfacing and concrete edging, relocation of existing equipment, delivery and installation of prefabricated foundations and new playground equipment, and final site clearance. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within three months of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the offered warranty period 40%. The warranty must be at least 36 months; periods above 60 months are scored as 60 months. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee and a performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price are required.
