Modernization of Existing Changing-Room and Sanitary Facilities at the Gym Hall of I General Secondary School in Mrągowo

The tender concerns the modernization of existing changing rooms and sanitary facilities next to the gym hall at I General Secondary School in Mrągowo. The works include demolition and removal works, renovation of changing rooms, coaches’ rooms, corridors and the main changing room, water and sewerage installations, bathroom fittings and shower enclosures, replacement of electrical fittings, renovation of doors and frames, and installation of sports-equipment furniture. The works must be completed within 6 months of contract signature, with the 2026 work value not exceeding PLN 361,853.00 and the remaining works settled in 2027. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and the guarantee period 40%; only 12, 24 or 48 months may be offered. The winning bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price and employ workers directly performing construction works or operating construction machinery under employment contracts.
