Modernization of municipal and internal roads

Summary

The tender concerns modernization works on municipal and internal roads for the Municipality of Orły. The works must be completed within 40 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated purchasing platform by 18 September 2026. A PLN 10,100 bid guarantee is required. The main qualification requirements are one road construction manager with at least five years of experience and three properly completed road construction, reconstruction or repair projects within the last five years, each worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross. Bids are scored by price at 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period at 40%. The offered warranty period must be at least 36 months.
