Summary
The tender concerns construction of a complete system to discharge backwash water from the water treatment station on Dworcowa Street in Panki into the existing sanitary sewer. The works include a 10 m³ underground tank, a pumping station with two alternating duty and standby pumps, a flow-metering chamber, approximately 816 m of PE100 RC pressure pipeline, approximately 22 m of gravity PVC-U piping, sewer chambers, trenchless crossings under roads and railway line 181, electrical power and controls, monitoring integration, earthworks, reinstatement, testing, commissioning and operator training. The contractor must also handle railway and road authority approvals, supervision, surveying, construction documentation and obtaining the occupancy permit or completing the required completion notice. The contract must be completed within 8 months. Offers are due by 22 September 2026 at 10:00, and the contract is not divided into lots. Price carries 85% and the warranty period 15%; the warranty must be at least 36 months and is scored up to 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price is required before contract signature.
