The tender covers the extension and reconstruction of the Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School building in Ponętowo Górne Drugie, including fire-safety adaptations, fire separation walls, an alternative evacuation exit with a landing and stairs, reconstruction and enlargement of paved areas, a fire access road, basement stair repairs, reconstruction of access roads and part of a pavement. The works must be completed by 16 December 2026.\n\nThe contract is not divided into lots. Bids will be evaluated by price, weighted at 60%, and the warranty period for proper performance, weighted at 40%. A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security is also required.
