Collection, transport and management of waste from public facilities and areas of the Tarnów municipality in 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from public facilities and areas in the Tarnów municipality during 2027. The service covers bus stops, village centres, playgrounds and municipal cemeteries, including emptying bins, sweeping and removing waste, weed removal, grass cutting and winter snow clearance. Waste must be recovered or disposed of in a way that supports the required recycling, reuse and recovery levels and limits biodegradable waste sent to landfill. Work at bus stops must be performed on an ongoing basis without a separate instruction: waste must be removed within 10 metres of the stop, weeds within the shelter or within 5 metres of the stop pole, and snow within 3 metres of the shelter or pole. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and no alternative or partial bids are permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 9:30. Award criteria are price at 60%, vehicle emissions at 20% and invoice payment term at 20%. One or two EURO 6, electric or CNG waste-collection vehicles can earn 10 or 20 points respectively; the offered payment term must be between 14 and 30 days. No bid guarantee or performance security is required, and the contracting authority’s planned gross budget is PLN 380,000.
