Upgrading the selective municipal waste collection point in Chrostkowo – purchase and delivery of a municipal tractor

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of a brand-new municipal tractor for the selective municipal waste collection point in Chrostkowo. The tractor, manufactured no earlier than 2026, must be delivered with a front loader, agricultural trailer, municipal spreader, flail mower, loader bucket, snowplough and pallet forks. The vehicle and equipment must comply with road traffic regulations, have the required CE declaration of conformity and meet detailed technical specifications. The supplier must be the manufacturer or an authorised representative of the tractor manufacturer and must provide delivery to the contracting authority’s premises. A stationary authorised service point must be located no more than 70 km away. The supplier must provide warranty and post-warranty service, warranty-period maintenance, a response to breakdowns within 72 working hours and completion of repairs within 14 days from their start. The tractor warranty must be 12–24 months, with at least a 12-month warranty for the additional equipment. At least two operators must be trained. At least two deliveries of brand-new tractors completed during the last three years must be demonstrated, each with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000. No specific financial, economic or business-activity qualification requirements are set. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed with an accepted electronic or personal signature. Offers are evaluated by price (60 points), warranty period (20 points) and delivery period (20 points). Delivery must take place within 20–50 days of contract signing, and the overall performance period is 50 days.
