Stage VI. Renovation of 10 vacant residential units from the Bielsko-Biała municipal housing stock, managed by the Housing Management Company, divided into 3 lots

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of 10 vacant residential units in Bielsko-Biała, divided into three lots. Each lot must be completed within 30 days of contract signature. The works include general construction, joinery, painting, electrical, water and sewerage, gas, heating and ventilation works, as well as selected supplies and energy performance certificates. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. Bids are due by 22 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. The bid must include the required price form, the bidder’s declaration, any powers of attorney, proof of the bid guarantee and, where applicable, evidence supporting equivalent solutions. The award criteria are gross price at 60%, warranty and statutory warranty period at 30%, and the contractual penalty offered for delay at 10%. The offered warranty period must be between 36 and 60 months, and the offered delay penalty must be between PLN 100 and PLN 400 per day. The contractor must deliver the works in accordance with the bills of quantities, technical documentation and technical specifications, use compliant construction products, keep the occupied buildings safe and clean, and provide as-built documentation. Work involving flooring and wall or ceiling finishes, heating, ventilation, water and sewerage, electrical and gas installations must be performed by the contractor’s employees under employment contracts where the contractor uses employed individuals. The contractor must also handle waste and provide the required tests, certificates and warranties.
