Stage 7/2026 – Modernization and renovation of the stairwell at 26 11 Listopada Street in Bielsko-Biała

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization and renovation of one stairwell in the residential building at 26 11 Listopada Street in Bielsko-Biała. The works include repairing and replastering walls, preparing and painting walls and ceilings, restoring wooden joinery and doors, renovating wooden stairs, cleaning and repainting steel structures and pipes, repairing concrete flooring, replacing the electricity-meter enclosure, LED light fittings and illuminated switches, final cleaning, and waste removal and disposal. The works must be completed from contract signature until 20 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be prepared in Polish. The bid must include the required bid form, price form, bidder declaration, any applicable powers of attorney, bid guarantee documentation and, where relevant, evidence supporting equivalent solutions. The bid guarantee is PLN 1,200. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%), the warranty and defects-liability period (30%), and the contractual penalty offered for late completion (10%). The warranty period must be between 36 and 60 months, while the offered penalty must be between PLN 100 and PLN 400. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance security before signing the contract and liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000. A weekly work schedule must be submitted for approval within 3 working days after contract signature. A site visit is recommended. The bidder must also comply with the required experience, construction manager and employment conditions.
