Construction of a selective municipal waste collection point in the Miedźno municipality

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of a selective municipal waste collection point in the Miedźno municipality under a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the multi-disciplinary design, obtain the building permit and other approvals, prepare execution designs and technical documentation, carry out the construction works and obtain the occupancy permit. The works include site development, pavements and access roads, stormwater and sanitary sewerage, a retention basin, water supply, lighting, containers, a vehicle scale, information boards and monitoring. The contract period is 18 months from signing. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 9:00. Offers are evaluated by price at 80% and the contractor’s warranty period at 20%; the general minimum warranty is 60 months and the evaluation cap is 84 months. Separate minimum warranty periods apply to cameras and waste containers (36 months) and landscaping (18 months). A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 is required, and the performance security is 4% of the total bid price. The tender is not divided into lots and the offer must be submitted electronically in Polish.
