Renovation of bathrooms in three tax administration buildings in Gdansk and Slupsk

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive renovation works in three tax administration buildings, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers four bathrooms at the Pomorski Tax Office in Gdansk, Lot 2 covers fourteen bathrooms at the Tax Office in Slupsk, and Lot 3 covers three bathrooms at the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdansk. The works include removal and disposal of rubble and demolition elements; tile colours are to be agreed with the contracting authority. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots, and each bid must cover the full scope of the selected lot. The contract period is 60 days from the day after contract signature. Work is generally carried out Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 in buildings that remain in normal use. The deadline for bids is 25 September 2026 at 10:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
