Modernization of ventilation air-handling units at the swimming pool of the Sports and Recreation Centre in Warsaw's Wawer District

The tender concerns construction works to modernize the ventilation air-handling units at the swimming pool of the Sports and Recreation Centre in Warsaw's Wawer District. The scope includes dismantling and installing mechanical ventilation, water and sewage, technological heat, building and electrical systems, designing the power supply for the air-handling units, and integrating the building's existing exhaust fans. The works must be completed within 30 weeks from handover of the site. The bidder must demonstrate at least two properly completed ventilation construction, reconstruction or refurbishment contracts during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 600,000 gross for the ventilation works. The team must include a construction and building works manager and a sanitary works manager with the specified building qualifications and at least one year of experience in a construction or works manager role. The required work list, references and personnel list must be submitted. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 17:00 and signed with an accepted electronic signature. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price. During performance, workers carrying out auxiliary demolition and dismantling work must be employed under employment contracts, excluding persons performing independent technical functions in construction. Offers are scored 80% for price and 20% for warranty; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
