Expansion, renovation and additional equipping of the playground belonging to the nursery in Brzeźnica

Summary

The tender covers the expansion, renovation and additional equipping of the playground belonging to a nursery in Brzeźnica. The works include new safe playground surfaces and sub-base structures, EPDM rubber-polyurethane surfacing, grassed areas, replacement of the panel fence and gate, relocation of sandpits, installation of playground equipment, an information or rules board and a bench, together with associated works and site reinstatement. The contract must be completed by 30 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the warranty period for 40%. The required warranty period is at least 60 months; 84 months is the preferred period and the maximum period used for scoring. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Workers directly carrying out the specified construction activities must be employed under employment contracts throughout performance.
