Purchase and delivery of central-heating boilers for State Forest units

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of central-heating boilers for units of the State Forests. The estimated assortment comprises 20 boilers: 4 wood gasification boilers Blaze Harmony 25, 2 coal boilers rated at 25 kW, 1 coal boiler rated at 30 kW, 2 Kostrzewa 24 kW pellet boilers, 2 Atmos DC25GS gasification boilers, 7 Atmos DC20GS gasification boilers and 2 DC25SP wood-and-pellet gasification boilers with an ACD03 controller. The order is not divided into lots and alternative or variant tenders are not permitted. The boilers must be new, free from defects, supplied in original undamaged packaging and compliant with Polish legal requirements, class 5 under PN-EN 303-5 and Ecodesign requirements. The contract documents allow equivalent solutions, but the bidder must prove equivalence with technical documentation and certificates. Delivery is generally specified as 14 days from contract signing; the draft contract also provides for successive individual orders to be delivered within up to 3 calendar days after a written request. The bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 12:00, and bids remain binding until 10 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price at 60%, delivery time at 20%, and the quality guarantee and statutory liability period at 20%. A PLN 1,000 bid guarantee is required.
