Supply of consumables (toner cartridges)

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of printer and copier toner cartridges for up to 12 months. Deliveries will be made on demand to three locations in Poland, with quantities ordered according to the price and information form. The cartridges must be new, unused, factory-packaged and non-refurbished; original manufacturer cartridges are mandatory for specified equipment, while substitutes are permitted for other items subject to the supplier's liability for resulting damage. A bid guarantee of PLN 780 is required. The bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 12:00, and the bid remains binding for 30 days. Evaluation is based on price at 60%, the declared maximum number of warranty claims at 20%, and delivery time at 20%.
