Organisation of a Conference on Small-Scale Agricultural Processing as an Additional Source of Income, Six Cheese-Production Training Workshops and Four Meat-Product Training Workshops

The contract covers the comprehensive organisation of one one-day conference on small-scale agricultural processing as an additional source of income, six one-day cheese-production training workshops and four one-day meat-product training workshops. The conference is for 70 participants and each workshop-based training is for 20 participants. The contractor must provide the venue, lecturers and experts, catering, programme management, promotional materials where required, practical workshop inputs, event coordination, participant surveys and electronic evaluation reports. The contract term is 80 days from signature, and the price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 2,500 tender guarantee is required. The tenderer must show at least three similar training or workshop organisation services performed properly during the last three years, each for at least 20 people and each worth at least PLN 24,000 gross. The tenderer must also provide suitably qualified lecturers and workshop experts, the required declarations and evidence, and an employment-contract-based coordinator. The tender must include gross prices for the conference and each of the ten trainings and the applicable VAT rate.
