Improving KCEiWG premises – reconstruction and refurbishment of the building at Pl. Wolności 8

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and refurbishment of a historic mixed residential and commercial building at Pl. Wolności 8 in Hrubieszów for conversion into the Creative Centre for Education and Economic Cooperation, together with external infrastructure. The works include demolition, structural and foundation strengthening with micropiles or pressure grouting, roof and facade works, new internal layouts and finishes, an internal lift and external platform, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, fire protection, alarm, IT and building management systems, and water supply, sanitary sewer and stormwater networks. The contract is for 22 months. The site is in a conservation protection zone, and the contractor must organise its own construction facilities because no site compound will be provided. A mandatory individual site visit is required before submitting a tender. The bid guarantee is PLN 110,000. Award criteria are price at 60% and the offered warranty period at 40%; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price and insurance for the works. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish, with the required declarations, evidence and signatures.
