Purchase of personal protective equipment for firefighters divided into lots

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of firefighters’ personal protective equipment in three lots: 80 heavy and 80 light two-piece special outfits, 80 firefighter helmets with integrated lamps, and 100 pairs of special protective footwear. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and delivery is due by 27 November 2026. The products must be new and comply with the detailed technical specifications, applicable standards and required CNBOP-PIB approvals or certificates. For the clothing lot, heavy and light outfits must come from the same manufacturer. Required evidence includes conformity and test documents specified in the technical descriptions. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weighting and the warranty period 40%. The bidder must select a warranty period of 12, 24 or 36 months. The bid and required declarations must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid security or performance security is required.
