Reconstruction and change of use of the building at Radostynia 99 into a civil protection and civil defence warehouse – stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and change of use of an educational building at Radostynia 99 into a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence, stage I. The works include rearranging ground-floor rooms, demolitions and masonry alterations, lowering floors, structural alterations including slab replacement, roof replacement and reinforcement, insulation, replacement of windows and doors including conversion to garage doors, internal installation works and related site development. The new usable attic arrangement is excluded. The works must be completed within 70 days of signing the contract. The contract is a single lot and does not allow variant bids or partial bids. Offers are evaluated by price, weighted 60 points, and the construction works warranty period, weighted 40 points. The warranty must be between 36 and 72 months; less than 36 months makes the offer non-compliant, while more than 72 months receives no additional points. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 12:00, and the offer must be submitted electronically. A bid guarantee of PLN 9,500 is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price. The bidder must also comply with the required professional staffing, previous-experience, employment and electronic-submission requirements.
